At Nakoair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your solar air heating solution. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return the product in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the solar heater and all included accessories in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our designated fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
